AS-Concept
AS-Concept® is a set of tools in accountancy and management for bookkeeping offices as well as for small and medium enterprises. It has been created and it is continually improved by a team of specialist on bookkeeping, management and computer science. At each stage of its development our attention has been focused on the functionality of the software and practical aspects have been analysed. As a result, a particularly ergonomic programme has been created and it has been designed so as to take into consideration the way the programme will be used. The programmes are quick and easy to use - these are their two essential merits. They have been constructed so that the user can enter data with great easiness, having a possibility of checking and correcting the documents at a later time.
AS-Concept® is focused on the future; it introduces the most advanced techniques so as to make it possible for you to remotely access it. In the near future our programmes will include electronic invoicing as well as electronic archiving of documents. The programmes have specifically been created for Windows® environment.

Accounting System
Accounting System (AS) is a fully integrated financial, accounting and trade system intended for small and medium enterprises as well as for bookkeeping offices that perform services for such enterprises. The formulation "fully integrated modules" means that all the modules are included into one application and work on one database. Accounting System is a multilingual system which means that besides Polish the user can work in German, English, French, Dutch and Portuguese with the same programme and the same database. The system prepares settlements in various currencies. It has been used in Belgium, Luxemburg and Poland for many years. It is already adjusted for the transition from PLN to EUR.
Blue Seed
Blue Seed is an interactive software which collects bookkeeping data and presents them in a graphic form, making it possible to verify accounts and obtain necessary details.
Blue Seed shows only the data you consider to be important and necessary at the particular moment. You can get an overall view of your company.
You can select the information of which you want to keep track (accounts or groups of accounts). For example you can get the information on your bank accounts and turnover. You can get all the necessary information in the wink of an eye! You can inspect your bank accounts and budget from one year to the next.
Time System
Time System is a system for time management. It is easy to operate. It allows the user to keep track of the employees' benefits and to invoice them by hours or on flat-rate basis. It also analyses the company's profitability. Time System works in the network and can work with unlimited number of users.
eKyona®
AS-Concept® software is compatible with eKyona® teleinformatic platform which integrates electronic invoices and electronic exchange of documents. In this way, company management becomes fully automated.

Electronic invoices
On a secured website, you can create and process invoices which can be printed or e-mailed in the pdf file or forwarded to the recipient's eKyona® account. Accounting System will be able to retrieve electronic invoices made out in eKyona by you or the client of your bookkeeping office and include them automatically in the ledger.
Electronic circulation of documents.
eKyona® will allow you to retrieve electronic invoices made out by your suppliers both through secured website as well as through compatible software (such as Accounting System, Time System). In the future it will also be possible to retrieve and process invoices made out in a different format.
